I wrote a more detailed version, but it was eaten by the forums. Easy three steps:
1- Get another CD Keys:
Either use your original ones if you bought the game back in the day and still have them, or use a Keygen. If you don't know how to get a keygen, Google is your friend.
2- Change your CD keys
Open your game folder and look for a file labeled "nwncdkey.ini" (without quotation marks) If you're not sure where it is, the easiest way is to right click on the game's shortcut and choose "Open containing folder". Open the file with notepad and change the numbers in the lines:
Key1=
Key2=
Key3=
3- Report your new info to a DM
DO NOT MAKE A POST WITH YOUR INFO. Send a PM here on the forums. In my case, feel free to use facebook. Keep in mind that not everyone with DM status is currently active, so try to contact someone you know is around. You need to include your account name and the new Keys. Don't be a smartass, if you try to use this to play a prank on someone by pretending to be them, we have means to know if it's a valid request.
Also, keep in mind that the fix can take either five minutes or a few days, so do be patient. That's about it, if you're still confused, feel free to ask.
