There have been a bunch of changes around the pack ox script, hopefully this has fixed all of the above problems.

it's always possible that things have got broken over the years, so it's good to post anything where you are totally stuck. Gves people a chance to go check if that quest is still working as expected.

If I remember correctly this was originally designed before the expansion packs came out and added Dwarvern Waraxe's as real weapons (and before dwarven defenders actually existed)
